Millstone&Co finalized the deal in 50% equity acquisition of one of the leader in development and implementing energy efficiency LED lighting complex solutions for industrial, commercial and municipal sectors – the US-based ITW SYSTEMS.
This investment allows to diversify risks and to develop new business trend.
ITW SYSTEMS is a US-based company with representative offices in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Estonia, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The lighting equipment is designed and produced in Ukraine. ITW SYSTEMS cooperates with multinational and local companies.
