US ITWSYSTEMS choses Millstone&Co for joint development in lighting equipment projects in Ukraine

ITW SYSTEMS a US-based company – one of the global leaders in implementing complex project solutions in the field of municipal and industrial efficient lighting equipment chose Millstone&Co (Poland, Ukraine) Investment Company as a financial partner. The companies will develop this trend of efficient lighting equipment on a parity basis, contributing 50\50 of equity capital. Alexander Lopatin, a founder of ITW SYSTEMS highlighted his interest in a financial partner because it allows ITW SYSTEMS to have extra liquidity to implement projects and to extend the company’s presence in the global market. “The experience of working in the European market and a financial expertise of high quality makes cooperation with Millstone&Co interesting for ITW SYSTEMS”, – Mr. Lopatin said. According to Robert Kwiatkowski, the head of the board of Millstone&Co, this direct investment of Millstone&Co will allow the company to develop a new business trend with a further perspective to enter the European and global markets. ITW SYSTEMS specializes in the design and implementation of complex project solutions in energy-saving lighting equipment for the industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors. Since 2010, the company has been introducing energy-saving Eco-friendly systems of LED-lighting. ITW SYSTEMS is a US-based company with offices in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Estonia, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. The lighting equipment is designed and produced in Ukraine. ITW SYSTEMS cooperates with multinational and local companies. Millstone&Co is a private investment company that provides traditional investment-related services to its clients. The company has offices in Warsaw, Krakow, and Kyiv. Robert Kwiatkowski is the head of the board of Millstone&Co. before he was the director of business development of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
